Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Ladi Osoja is the Managing director of Lado Oil. He is responsible for overseeing the performance of the company, meeting with management to make sure that tasks are being performed at an optimal level.He holds a bachelor degree from LMQ(London management qualifications)

Tobi Osoja

Business Development Manager

Tobi Osoja functions as a Business development manager. He is responsible for Improving and growing the business, by establishing and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. Tobi identifies new business opportunities in order to generate revenue.He holds a bachelor degree from the university of Portsmouth and a Masters from Coventry university.

Akinnodi Mathew

Accountant

Akinnodi Matthew Ayodele is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of the company. He holds a Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polytechnics, Ado-Ekiti (year 2000 class). He is presently a student member of the Institute of chattered Accountants of Nigeria. He worked with Sola Obadofin & Co (Chattered Accountant) an Audit Firm for 4 years before joining Lado Oil in 2007.

Ekundayo Mary

Depot Operations Manager

Ekundayo Mary Oronsaye is the Depot operations manager at Lado. She is responsible for formulating strategies and prompt delivery to Lado’s clientele.Ekundayo holds an HND degree from Grace polytechnic omole.

Olusanya Olanrewaju

Chief Supervisor

Olusanya Temitope Olanrewaju is the Chief Supervisor of Lado service stations. His role in the company spans ensuring the delivery of products to the station to routine check on the stations maing sure that things are running effectively.Olanrewaju holds an HND degree in accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti.

Osoja Oluwatomisin Opeyemi

Business strategic manager

Osoja Oluwatomisin Opeyemi is the business strategic manager for Lado oil and gas. His role involves overseeing internal organisation and ensuring a strategic management of the company resources in achieving its goals. Oluwatomisn hold an MSc in international Business Management.

Ronke Adelana

Human Resource Manager

Ronke Omisore-Adelana is the Human Resource Manager of the company. She holds bachelors degree in business administration from Lagos State University, a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management(CIPM). She has about a decade working experience with her area of expertise being  human resource generalist. She handles human capital management which involves but not limited to recruitment, selection and placement, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
